Practical Aspects of Contracts

“The Building Blocks for YOUR Business”

This course will review recent changes to TREC contracts and each section will be discussed in light of the issues that are taking place in today’s real estate industry.

Become a Certified Short Sale Negotiator!

This one day class is focused on the short sale process and the different negotiation techniques required to successfully negotiate a short sale.

Students who take the CSSN course will receive the following:

Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Courses

The GRI designation is the most widely recognized of the National Real Estate Designations. Consisting of three course, each one is taught by experts in their respective fields. This module consists of Seller Services, Buyers Services, Communications Technology and Real Estate Technology. GRI courses can be taken in any order and satisfy your 9 Hours of non-legal MCE Requirements. TREC rules mandate that each student be on time; please make sure to bring your license number with you the day of class. TAR provides a one-time, $50 coupon for qualifying students who register on HAR.com. Upon entering a user name and password, HAR will immediately communicate with TAR to verify if the coupon is applicable and will be applied immediately. All other courses will be at full price.

GRI: Real Estate Brokerage (GRI-3)

Location:  HAR Montgomery

Dates: Class will be held on August 18, 19, 22 and 23

Investment:  $295 for HAR Members and $325 for Non-Members

The Benchmark of Excellence in Buyer Representation

The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. The Real Estate Buyers Education Council, a council of NAR, awards this coveted designation to real estate practitioners, whom meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Dates:  Class will be held on September 6, 7 and 8

Investment:  $299 for HAR Members and Non-members
