Your External Blog Posts on HAR’s Blogosphere
Do you currently have a blog using WordPress, Blogspot etc.?
We have added a feature to the HAR Blog System to help promote members with external blogs (i.e. ActiveRain, WordPress, Blogger, etc.). Members can now provide us with an RSS feed to their external blog, and we will pull the content from that RSS feed and display those posts in the HAR Blogosphere.
HAR.com iPhone App

We are happy to announce that Apple has approved the app we submitted for HAR.com. Soon you will be able to download the HAR.com iPhone app from Apple’s App Store. Please visit http://www.har.com/mobile for the latest news on all HAR.com supported mobile platforms.
Promote Your Listings
Email My Home Finder users who currently have your listing bookmarked
My HomeFinder allows consumers to bookmark properties and save custom searches. The consumer has the option to receive more information from the agent regarding their bookmarked listing. Each time a consumer who has opted to receive more information bookmarks one of your listings, a lead is generated for you. We have added a new feature in the ‘Lead Management’ section of the HAR Members Only Portal that groups the bookmarks together to show how many times a particular listing has been bookmarked. In addition, you can send an e-mail to all consumers who currently have your listing bookmarked, as opposed to e-mailing them individually.
To access this new feature, log in to the HAR Members Only Portal. Under the ‘Lead Management’ section, click on ‘View My HomeFinder Bookmark Leads’.
Google Maps on HAR.com
New Mapping Technology on HAR.com
We have recently switched from using Microsoft’s Bing mapping technology to Google Maps. For starters, the aerial shots for Bing were almost five years old for the Houston area, and Google Maps simply provides better imaging. Another benefit of using Google Maps is that they are mobile-ready meaning that you do not need to download an app to use their maps on a mobile device. Google Maps also load much faster than Bing Maps.
